Copy and Paste Range Sheet to Hidden Sheet

I am trying to copy and paste a range from one sheet to another even though one of the ranges will be on a hidden sheet. In the past, I have used the code below and it works perfectly, however, in the past my ranges have been the same size. I am now looking to acheive the same process only the ranges will not be the same size. Range1 will always be bigger than Range2, if that helps.

I have to use a range on Tab 2 ("Range2") but that range could just be copied and pasted into cell A2 on the Tab 1 sheet. I am able to write the code that does this and it works but then the Tab2 sheet has to remain open. Again, the Tab2 will need to stay closed for this to work as it has been requested.

Any and all help would be much appreciated.

I think it will work except I need to know, can this line use a named range instead?
