Pinpoint a specific cell according to other condition

By using a macro: How would I pinpoint a cell in excel when the value in the cell becomes greater than the value in another cell?

You would need to use Conditional Formatting. For example to apply conditional formatting to cell A1 if it is greater than B1 then put this formula in the conditional formatting function for cell A1:

=A1>B1

You can set the formatting to whatever you want.
