Dynamic Question paper

I m doing a training session in my company. I would like to create a dynamic question paper, plz refer to the file attached.
I have four sheet, namely
1 Login
2 Questionnaire
3 Result
4 Database
With reference to the attached file.
Upon opening the file login sheet will appear, where the user will enter his/her name and click a button.
This will bring up the "Questionnaire" in which 25 question will be selected randomly from the database sheet.
This will also initiate a timer (max Time 30min).

In the Questionnaire sheet the user will attempt the questions. After finishing the exam he will click the "finish exam" button or if the time(30min) is over result sheet will appear locking/hiding all the sheets and saving the file, preventing the user to retake the exam. Result sheet will show the score of the user
Just as like online exam.

I need macro for Start Exam btn that will initiate the timmer and move to Questionnaire sheet and select 25 questions out of 50 question set from database by formula or macro
and then Macro for finish exam btn that will lock/hide all the sheets an show the score in the result sheet
