Autofill Macro Help

Here is my code so far. This code just gets repeated down the line applying to the different sections:

This is what I want the code to do:

1.) Insert a row at the end of the current data (My code works)
2.) Copy and paste data from other sheet into newly inserted last row (My code works)
3.) Fill down the balance column (I) to the newly inserted row (My code doesn't work)
4.) If possible, update the data that goes into the chart beneath to include the newly inserted row which just takes the balance column and the date (Don't think my code works?)
