I've attached my xlsm file below.
When you start the excel sheet, the form automatically runs. Fill out the data, including using the three drop downs. Selecting an option button gives you access to three separate lists of engineers in the team combobox.
I've filled out some examples of the data.
When you click next, vlookups populate the sheet with the telephone numbers of the SAP and the PM but I can't work out how to lookup the team phone number when each of the option buttons are selected. The different option buttons select different named ranges.
I could probably get round it by using a named array that would cover all of the engineers but as new members join the company, this list changes and therefore the array would change so I'd like to try and avoid that if possible.
I have a couple more questions but I'll post more relevant threads for those.
