The simplest (which isn't simple) is to create a form which allows a file path and name to be entered.
You could write a browse and file picker.
If you have an attached camera you should be able to capture a picture.

You can display the image on the form

But to save it in the spreadsheet you will need to create something to hold the picture eg a drawing object and set the image property to the image.

PS would this mean I would have to set up a particular folder for images to be inserted from???
