Split cell data into rows and average total sum

Hello,

I would like to split cell data into rows and do a average

Column A Column B
A1,A2,A3 3

I want this to be like:

Column A Column B
Row1 : A1 1
Row 2: A2 1
Row3: A3 1

Any help will be much apprciated

How do I use this ? As a marco or VB code paste?
