Can anybody let me know how to convert the attached file to excel and make it editable.
I wanted to add some more fields to the file and maintain the same in excel.
Please let me know if somebody can help me out

what you have attached is a picture in a word document. pictures, pretty much, cannot be edited, and if you copy that into excel, you will still just have a picture
do you have the original word doc?

Can we convert it from PDF?
there are programs that will convert PDF to excel, but most cost money and I dont have 1. Perhaps another member has a converter.
You can find them online by googling "convert pdf to excel"
