Total qty not same after process

Hi..
I need help on this

I have program in ms excel
I don't know where's wrong in my code

In sheet"Data" i have column A and column B
In column A is my seqnumber and In column B is my postcode
I need to create a production list according to my postcode .

This postcode match with "Postcode" sheet

My total postcode before process is ="39463"
after process in "output sheet" under "qty" it show total postcode process is "40392"

**but the total after process postcode must same as my total postcode before process**

IPOH EDAR 34900-39999

Overlapping.

After the deletion of IPOH EDAR 34900
and change of IPOH EDAR 34900-34999

result is 39596 and missing 133.

You need to check the data for yourself.
