I have the following codes

Is there any way to pass the profession as arguments to avoid multiple lines of coding. I have around 25 professions list.

Are there separate conditions for each profession?

Just need to count the number of each profession in Column M and will have some calculation based on that.

So why not use formula like countif for it? Why do you want to use a macro?
