Recorded macro is not usable by multiple workbooks

    Hi everyone,

I need to record a macro that deletes certain columns, sorts the data by what ends up in column A, removes row 1, and then adds 4 new rows and inputs pre-determined phone numbers into it.

I have tried to run this as a Personal macro, but the code refers to the workbook that I use as an example, but that name changes every day...so I need it to be a generic code....

This is the code (obviously) and any help that can be offered is GREATLY appreciated!
