Hi,

I created a database with Access 2007. This database is on a network so few different users has got access in the same time.
I need to print some documents but I have to print them on a special paper.

At the minute, when we need to print, we need to ask everybody to stop printing ; we insert the special paper in the printer. This is not a long term solution and I can't find the solution with the VBA language.

I found 2 solutions but I don't know if it's possible and how to do it :
- There is 4 trays into the printer. I would like that each time we are going to print, the database know to use tray 3 out of the printer. We not need to change the settings every time so need to be set as default printer but only for this database not all access ?
Is it possible ? If yes, how ?

- Buy a small printer which has got only 1 tray with the specific paper only. But is it possible to set it up as only this database will use this printer ? Need to be set up the same for the all users.
Is it possible ? If yes, how ?

What is the best solution ? Any recommendations ? Or other solutions ?
