Output Table to Separate Workbooks

Hi,

I'm looking for a macro that can do the following...

I have a static excel header in rows 1 to 12.
Data runs from A13 to O300
Column headers run in Row 12.

I would like to filter each unique value in Column C and save it to a separate Excel file labelled with the name in Column C.
Also, keeping the header information intact for each outputted document.
