countif greater than on filtered data, then copy the result

Well,

it's pretty simple but i cant figure it out..

I would like to countif greater than 5 a filter column, then put the result in let say, D4..

So, here is the step:

1: Filter the data
2: Countif on the filter data for every value greater than a chosen number
3: Paste the result in D4...

I would like a VBA code, is it possible?
