Hi all,
I have to produce a daily report that has a disclosure statement on the bottom. Currently the disclosure statement is in a text box that I move based on how many rows of data I have. Is there a way with macro or VB code to have the disclosure statement adjust automatically so I don't have to drag it up or down every time? I want the disclosure statement to appear at the end of the report (last page) when I print it ona printer or to pdf.
Just as more info - the disclosure statement is pretty big and it can't fit into a footer. Currently I have it in a text box but if necessary I can have it in an excel cell (merge and align if necessary depending on who it can be done through VB or macro). The rows in the report vary every day - sometimes there could be few hundred rows sometimes few thousands (depending on the data). I have attached an image to help see what I am trying to do.
Any ideas how to get it done would be very helpful!
