Change a Macro to put data on a specific sheet instead of a new sheet

This code combines 3 columns worth of data into one. Currently this code puts the combined data into one column on a new sheet (sheets.add). How should the code be edited if I always want to put the data onto one sheet called "Nominee GM" instead of creating a new sheet every time?
