Help needed copying data from one sheet to another

Hi i am quite newbie to excel let alone vb, i wonder if someone can help me with macro to transfer a set of data based on conditional statement to the second sheet. Attached is the file to help you understand the problem i am dealing with. I wanted to transfer the record from sheet1 one to sheet 2 on a condition that if the number of days in sheet1 exceed 28 then the record in that row should be copied to sheet2. I understand that it can be done through macros. Your help is much appreciated.
