*NOTE: THE FILES/SCREENSHOTS MENTIONED BELOW CAN ALL BE FOUND AT THE BOTTOM OF MY POST*
I would like to pay someone to do this for me. If this against forum rules, please delete and I will find the correct place to post. My example is vague and smaller scale than what I will eventually need, but it should get me someone who can do what I'll eventually require. PM me to discuss further, and to discuss a fee.
What needs to be done:
1) A prompt pops up, asking a series of questions. (e.g. What's the customer's name, what is the column for the input data, what is the start and stop row for relevant data...)About 15 questions or so, total.
2) The "DestinationFile(Begin)" file is opened, the "quote" number is increased by an increment of one (In the example, Quote 1 would become Quote 2), the file is saved but left open.
3) A "Source" excel file is opened (the exact file is designated in the questions from requirement 1), and the information is pulled from the rows/columns specified in requirement 1), and placed into the "DestinationFile(Begin)" file.
4) The end result, would look like the "DestinationFile(End)" screen print.
5) The "DestinationFile(End)" file is "saved as" both a PDF and Excel sheet, the name of the file to be whatever is located in the C1 cell...So in the "DestinationFile(End)", it would be Quote 2.pdf and Quote 2.xlsx respectively.
6) A new outlook e-mail is opened, with the PDF created above as an attachment, the subject to match the C1 cell (Again, Quote 2 in this case). The e-mail address is whatever is asked in requirement 1, so in this case, John@smith.com
7) An Outlook task is set, 3 weeks from the date of "Quote 2" being sent, with the subject and body of the e-mail to be "Quote 2".
That's all I can think of for now...I'm hoping this makes sense, but again, please PM me if you need more information.
Thanks so much!
