using a seach tool to provide result (macro)

    hi all,

right so i have a sheet called sheet 3 and in cell E7 i want my team to be able to enter a code into this cell.

based upon what my team enter in cell e7 i want the macro to then go to a table in sheet Area Ratings April 2012 and search a table in this sheet for the result.

it will find the results and then copy the same code as in e7 and the 2 cells next to it and show this information

i have attached an example i hope this is clear. any help will be much appriciated

You don't need a macro for that - you could use a VLOOKUP or similar formulae.
