Make value negative if it finds certain text

Hello:

I have excel worksheet with lots of data in column A thru Column P.

I need a VB macro to do the following:

I need to find word : "TERMS DISCOUNT" in column F and if it finds it then make the number in column H in corresponding
row negative.

Example:

If it finds word "TERMS DISCOUNT" in Cell F24, then make cell H24 negative.
If it finds word "TERMS DISCOUNT" in Cell F33, then make cell H33 negative.
