Combobox (picture load to userform)

Hi Team,

Could you please help me to load the shapes from excel sheet to image or Picture userform.

I am trying to build a combobox where if i select a name from the dropdown list then macro should be abled to show details including picture.

I found some coding in this forum to save the pictures in excel sheet but not able to upload the pictures from excel sheet to image userform.

For reference i have attached the excel file.
