Adding Owner Name Based on Account Code in Column A

This is a copy of part of my long Financial Repor list in which I have to manually type in the name of the owners on top of each account in column B. It looks like below samples

I want a macro that automatically insert the owner names on top of each account number on column B based on account code in column A. It looks like this: If 40 on Column A, insert Taylor on the top of Column B, if 50, insert Brandon; if 60 insert Duval and so on….Then I will continue finish your macro until reaching the end of my record.
