Macro to insert variable formula depending on sheet name

Hi,
I have attached a workbook for your reference, I need code that will worksheets "Overall Service Statistics" & "Daily Statistics", add a row below the header, name it the same as the last sheet i.e "Lapsed Customers July" and the add the individual formula as seen in B:O for each row, Is this possible? I will be using the code as part of an existing macro which imports & sorts the data.

I also need a way that I can input date into B1 in worksheet "Daily Statistics" and the countif statement will check the data in all worksheets that have the date entered within the range allocated and output a figure i.e Booked = 1 etc, Is this possible?
