my database is very long with more than 20 parameters so I need a code for do my job

Your worksheet has designed upside down so I copy it to appear in normal way as sheet2.

but in sheet2 when I add new record (Date & Name & loading ) and run your macro unfortunatly it dosen't happen

No, unless the format of the sheet has changed. Row 3 should remain the same and the sheet name is "Sheet2", but you can add any row to columns H and A and the code should work. I also use current region, if there is a gap, i.e. a complete blank row, the code will not pick up all the rows.
