vba lookup using multiple criteria based no cell values

I need an help in vba for lookup. I have two sheets.
Sheet 1 have a list of "customer names" in column A and list of "products name" in row 1.


In sheet2, column A have customer names, column B have the location and column C have the products name.

A single customer can own more than one product, which means sheet2 will have duplicate names with unique product name.

In this sheet1, there are status "Yes" or "No" for the products owned by each customer based on the product name


I need a vba code to find the cells which are "No" from sheet1 and then go to sheet 2, look up values using "customer name" & "Product Name".
If it finds the product, the "No" from sheet1 has to be replaced to "Yes".

Response will be deeply appreciated, since i have been working on this very long.
