Sum based on an IF (Possibly SUMIF)

Hi,

Basically, I have a 'Gift Ideas' worksheet, 4 columns, 'x' amount of rows. (Please see worksheet attached)

What I need is quite simple really, but I can't figure out the formula.

Column D (Bought) can either be 'Yes' or 'No', this is entered via a dropdown box.
Column C (Price) is manually entered, and at the bottom of that column I want a 'Total' field.
However, I want that total field to do the following,

IF a cell in Column D contains 'Yes', then subtract the corresponding price from the total.

If that doesn't make sense please let me know.
