If - And argument Reporting Problem

Hello All,

I have a spreadsheet that has three different values I want to make sure everyone enters in each line, in the interest of doing so, I tried to create if statements that if true will add text to an empty cell next to the data. I have inserted my code in hopes that someone can help me. The error I keep receiving is:

"Run-Time error '1004':
Application-defined or object-defined error"

Your variable is named Row1, but you're referencing it as Row, which is undefined, which is causing the error.
