Macro thats copies data based on 2 variables.

Hi I am not to sure if I have worded the correctly, but here is my problem.

I need a macro that when pressed will count a variety of names in column each name will have a different number next to it in column b. So if Daniel appeared in column c 4 times and the number next to it was 10 each time I need the average (10) and the name (Daniel) copied into a leader board on an other sheet.

Every day another 8 names and numbers will be added so the range to do all this should be the whole of number and the whole of the name column.

I have included a brief example of what I need.
