How do you use the ListObjects property of the range object?

    1. What exactly is a ListObject? Is it a range with a single column? Is it a table with more than one column?
    2. I'm having trouble finding examples of how to use this property. Is it read only or can you change the values of this property?
    3. Please give examples of how to use this.

    It's a GUI List in 2003, IIRC.

    As to VBA...
