VBA for values that will change daily or weekly by formula

Dear all,
please help me regarding attached file

1. Each time I press save the date & time of sheet 1 must be change as the date of save and value in that date must be save in sheet 2 corresponding date of E1.
2.If that date will be not available in sheet 2 then dialog must appear "There is no date availabe"
