Need data to automatically copy from one cell to another if certain criteria is met

Please see the attached spreadsheet. If column F in a row reports "No", I want to copy the contents of column B within that row and paste it into column B in the corrective action section of the spreadsheet which begins on row 55. On average, there should not be more than 5 "No" reports in the B column but I would like to have the flexibility to have more for my outliers. Also, there is a good chance that more rows will be added to this spreadsheet in the future which will move the corrective action section beyond row 55. If possible, I would like a solution that would accommodate this without having to redo the formula/macro. Thank you for your help.
