Delete Rows Outside of Time Parameters

On the attached example I have a Command Button that when I press it I want some code in there to run down column A and delete any rows where the time is either before "Settings!C3" or after "Settings!C4".

IMPORTANT: You are going to need to make sure the format in column A on the "Fixture" Sheet is the EXACT same as the format in column C on the "Settings" Sheet

stnkynts - I follow your example pretty well and when I change the format of the cells in 'Settings' to match column A in 'Fixture List' it works well. With one exception... I don't want to delete the 'date headers' (highlighted in yellow). Can we add/alter the code to not do this?
