I am trying to create a macro linked with the VBA program to enable me to extract relevant data from the huge data pool. the sample data is attached and criteria is also mentioned.
It will be great if you can help me at earliest.

1. Can we have another workbook with Sheet1 containing more than one person's information?
2. And, can we have on another worksheet, the results (manually formatted by you) for the results you are looking for?
