Insert text/variable value to loop output

Evening all, I need to insert a fixed block of text and a number (by variable) to loop output, please see code snippet below,

Range V149 is determined elsewhere by formula
Vertpitch is set by variable and moves to another row as each loop is completed, so this changes after every cycle.

The current code inserts ,XXX on each loop so this potentially repeated 50 x by the end of a loop on a row....

I suggest looking at the For...Next loop.

It's hard to write some code for you without seeing what it is exactly that you want, but I'd be happy to help if you upload an example workbook with a Before and After.
