Copying into many workbooks

I have two questions for a similar issue to this:

1. How would you do this if the destination workbooks have more than one worksheet. I would want to paste the master formula into a worksheet X starting at cell A106.

2. I also have a list of about 200 workbooks, and I'd like to paste the Master formula into 60 of them. I have the names of 60 workbooks that I intent to paste the formula into, but they are not in any kind of order, they are scattered throughout the list of 200.
