Form Button to update list

Hello,

As you'll see I'm using a button "Next Month" to clear out what I need and start each month fresh.

I'm trying to find a way to use another button to update the Monthly Tracker E22:E26. Ideally, if the user pressed the update button it would put add the current Total Other Asseets to the list. I would also like to keep the "next month" greyed out until the Update button is pressed but that would have to reset each time.. so that it would be inputted 5 times total (1 for each month)
