inserting two blank lines when based on data in a column

I need a MACRO that will insert two blank lines when the data in a column changes from one person to another. For instance, if the raw data looks like this:

    Jimmy Hoffa
    Jimmy Hoffa
    Jimmy Hoffa
    Judge Crater
    Judge Crater
    Judge Crater
    Judge Crater
    Amelia Earhart
    Amelia Earhart
    Amelia Earhart

and I want it to look like this:

    Jimmy Hoffa
    Jimmy Hoffa
    Jimmy Hoffa

    Judge Crater
    Judge Crater
    Judge Crater
    Judge Crater

    Amelia Earhart
    Amelia Earhart
    Amelia Earhart
