Excel 2011 macro to move rows from one sheet to another and group based on criteria

I've been reading through the forums trying to find an answer but the sample code I've found doesn't work. Basically, I have a sheet of data with three columns for Page Name and then two metrics.

I need a macro that will let me pull different criteria (i.e.- Hockey and Football) and then move it to the second sheet into a group (i.e.- Group A). If there's a way to set up the macro so that I can do all of the groups at once that would be ideal. I read a post here (post #6) about using an array but copying that code gives me a compiling error: "named argument already specified" and when I go back to the macro the sub is yellow and the number 1 in field:=1 is blue.

I'm not familiar with macros or vba. I'm trying to learn as I'm going so ANY help is greatly appreciated. I've attached a sample workbook related to my description above. Thanks so much!
