OK not even sure how explain this
what I want to do is populate a spreadsheet with data
see attached example
now I want to create a another spreadsheet which will be my printed form
at one cell I want to use a validation so that a pull down menu appears with a set of values
after selecting "option 1" in the pull down menu then sets a filter on a second cell
the second cell can only display on a pull down menu value A,b or c so I will select "Value B"
after selecting "value b" in the pull down menu then sets a filter on a third cell
the third cell can only display on a pull down menu type 1,2,3,4,or 5 so I will select "type 4"
after selecting "type 4" in the pull down menu then sets a filter on a forth cell
the fourth cell can only display on a pull down menu 1234-07 or 1234-07 so I will select "1234-07"
this is so I can populate a spreadsheet with sets of supplier data which I will then do some calculations on the form to complete my test sheets
does this make any sense
