Next and previous buttons not working

It is because you do not have any Code for those two respective Buttons. I have made the "Next" Button to work, assuming it is supposed to do the same thing as the "Add" Button.

As for the "Previous" Button, I do not know how you define "Previous". Would it be the first, second or last entry, or would you want the user to select a "Previous" from the already entered Data?

Having given you this, you would presumably be able to take it from here and sort it out the way you want it.

The best way I could solve your issue, was to add a second ListBox to the UserForm in which you can scroll up and down and select any entry you are looking for. With any such selection the TextBoxes on the Form will be populated with all relevant details.
