Build Calculation is broken after one row was inserted.

    Hello,

I am hoping someone can help me out. I have a file that I built which is too large to post to this site. The code to build the calculations based on data dumps is below. The file was working fine but someone helping me on the file inserted a row to add some formula calculations and now the file is broken. I believe the break is in the code bolded. The code is causing some of the data pulled to be shifted down one row.

I figured it out. There was an issue where I was deleting a row that had some data on it that should have been shifted down one row.
