E-Mail workbook

I am designing a quotation and audit workbook and would like to have a function (button) within the workbook which simply emails the workbook to pre defined email address once i have completed the audit/quote - can anyone help?.

Thank you this worked great, however I want to use this on a windows 8 tablet which operates RT do i need to select a different object from outlook object as i am using an imap accounr in the imbedded mail client within windows 8 rt
