Create Hypelink with VBA

It Is possible to generate hyperlinks using vba?

I attached a file for Example.

What hyperlinks do you want?

Is it a hyperlink to each cell in column A that begins 'Hyperlink'?

Indeed, the descriptions in column D should get a hyperlink to the description in column A

How can I realize that with VBA?

This works for your sample workbook but it'll need to be altered fo what you actually have.
