I need an Excel spreadsheet, that when the user opens is just a form with 10-15 input boxes with titles, and a button at the bottom. When the button is pressed, it needs to take all the data, and move it into the next empty row on worksheet 2, clear the form, and then save it.
Do you have a sample file that you can upload?
