Use a loop but skip a row

Hi,
If I am using a loop to repeat the same process for each row, but I want to skip a row, how would I do that?

Skipping blank rows or perform the macro on every other row.

If it's one specific row you could just have something like this.

Obviously that's psuedo-code, I don't know how you are looping.

add 1 to the integer in the loop when you want to skip
