    Wandering button

In my other post, I have been recently describing how I am using a Combo Box (Form Control) "DropDown163" that is hiding a row. In this very row there is another Combo Box (Form Control) "DropDown164". I have been able now, thanks to all of your help, to hide this very button and the row successfully, as well as other buttons and rows for that matter. The code that I modified to achieve that is:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
BUT now, my buttons decided to take a walk. But as they are shy, they only do it in hidden. Once I hide rows and open them, everything seems ok. But if I hide them and close my excel sheet and open on another occasion, then unhide the rows, suddenly all my form Combo Boxes that were hidden started to walk around my sheet and are not in the original cells any more. Why is that? I did check the button: Move but don't size with cells. My buttons are of the size of two cells that are merged and I kind of tried to make them as big as both cells.

Any idea how that can happen and how to avoid it for the future?

    Re: Wandering button

    John,

thanks for the input. I did as you said, but now I am having a completely other problem. For this function:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
Now when the code is hiding row 7:10 (4 rows) and the drop down button 167 also is hiding, suddenly I have four empty cells right below the drop down menu, which are hiding all the other content below. What happened now? hmmm..

    Re: Wandering button

Me too I gave up on this. Not using the hide row function any more because there is too many issues with it and no explanation what and why. I am now using lock cells... too bad though. Thanks anyway
