Macro to Reformat Rows that contain date, dollar amounts, and other data

I am looking for a macro to reformat that data I have in a particular tab titled "BOC".

    What's needed?
    1) All text centered
    2) Date is a currently text, I noticed there are 2 ways to get it to format the correct way.
The first is to click inside each individual date value, the number instantly turns to the correct format (see B2)
The other way to do it is to copy all of B2:B(rest of B) paste it into a text file or notepad then immediately copy it back into excel
    3) Cost column data should be in accounting format (see E2)

The first row is formatted correctly in the attached file
Remember that the only tab I want the macro to run on is the "BOC" tab
