To Select Cells and format them, when there are uneven number of rows and columns

    Hi,

I have a file with data in both rows and columns.
    There are some empty cells.
the cells contain numbers or strings.

I need to format this sheet.
    Bold all the strings
    Draw a table border
and centre all the contents in each cell.

I don't know how to generalise the range and make it the selection.
