Move Rows between workbooks based on criteria

I'm back with another question.

I have a simple refund tracking spreadsheet that I need help with ( example attached). It has some very basic VBA coding to add date and user stamps based on updating cells. What I'm looking to do is under the date added column (F) if that date is over 60 days have it move it to the "pending refunds over 60 days worksheet" and if column E is changed to "yes" have it move that row to the "refunded" worksheet. I've searching all day and can't get this work. Thanks in advance!

Do you want the movement to happen instantly? As soon as columns E or F are updated?

Or would you be updating all the required records and then click a button to do the movement?
