Textbox to be populated with data from another worksheet

hi friends

i have created a userform, which has a particular textbox. when this userform is activated, this particular textbox has to be populated with data from a cell in another file.

I need to populate my Textbox1 with data from file - "C:\MASTER DATA\MIX" and the name of the sheet is "RECIPIE" and the data I want lies in Cell "B8". I can't figure out how to write a VB Code for this. Kindly help. Thanks in advance.
